Welcome to Studio Nanna

Through Studio Nanna, I wish to create a community for people seeking better health, personal growth, and more joy in everyday life. Here, you will find content designed to inspire and guide you in taking greater control of your life.

More and more people are experiencing issues such as hormonal imbalances, infertility, digestive problems, anxiety, and stress, to name a few. It can be challenging to understand the causes of these symptoms, and even more difficult to find the right help. This can be both frustrating and draining on your quality of life. At the same time, there is a maze of promising solutions—often expensive—without any guarantee that they will work for you. I have personally been there and have sought out specialized advisors, tried various treatments, and tested countless trends to stabilize symptoms. I have also experienced the toll that prolonged high stress can take on both body and mind. Based on my own experiences, I want to help you navigate this complex landscape.

Through Studio Nanna, I will highlight resources that I have found to be highly effective, making it easier for you to get the help you need. This can include anything from simple habits and practices, health hacks, treatments, and wellness products to specific mentoring programs and coaches. Improving your well-being doesn’t have to be costly or complex —it’s about finding the small, simple steps that work for you and your unique situation.

In my blog, I will explore topics such as gut health, hormone balance, fertility, stress management, nutrition, movement, self-development, and much more. The goal is always to help you become an even better version of yourself.

Studio Nanna is a place where we can build a community of support, inspiration, and growth together. I look forward to hearing your story and being part of your journey

Who am I?

My name is Nanna, and I live in Oslo with my husband and our three children.

I’ve always had a deep passion for health and personal development, and over the years, I’ve explored everything from trends and supplements to treatments and various hacks. But I’ve also made my fair share of mistakes. For many years, I pushed my body too hard, believing that the key to good health was eating right and working out, while overlooking the importance of sleep, mental balance, and stress management.

For several years, I struggled with hormonal imbalances and several intolerances, ultimately leading to a long and challenging IVF process. After having to handle other challenging situations in my family, I’ve learned how stress and trauma can impact both physical and mental health – also long after the initial strain has passed.

These experiences have inspired me to turn inward and explore myself on a deeper level. I’ve gained a broader understanding of how the body and mind are interconnected as a whole. This journey has taught me the importance of living more in tune with the signals from my body, which has been crucial for my own health.

It’s this insight that motivated me to create Studio Nanna – a community where people can find tools and resources to navigate their own challenges. I wanted to make health more accessible and easier to understand, without it having to be expensive or complex. I firmly believe that small but intentional steps can make a big difference. It’s not always about doing more, but about doing what truly works for you.

Through my journey, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge, and now I want to share this with you. By focusing on the person as a whole and using the right tools, I believe we can all live more balanced and harmonious lives
